After agreeing to attempt a recovery program, Tennessee is hugged by Ali Lelandais of One Voice Recovery Inc. The outreach program is aimed at exchanging used needles for new ones in Salt Lake on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017. One Voice Recovery is a non-profit needle exchange organization that works in conjunction with the Salt Lake County Health Department to provide care for homeless and in need Utah residents.
